Abstract

|
This is a case report of choriocarcinoma with pregnancy at term which. is very rare. This patient was diagnosed based on the gross lesion of vaginal mucosa which made antepartum genital bleeding from itsulceration and chest X-ray showed multiple nodular appearance.
Unfortunately neither confirmatory diagnosis nor intensive treatment was not undertaken because of lack of cooperation of patient. and her family. The patient died after six and half months from her childbirth.
